Training Experience

Our program allows fellows to engage in a high-volume clinical setting throughout our various sites, treating a wide range of tumor types in a diverse patient demographic. Under the mentorship of our experienced faculty, fellows will manage complex cases involving micrographic surgery and will acquire skills in advanced reconstructive techniques.

The fellowship highlights include:
- Training under fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons and dermatologic oncologists
- Exposure to over 1,000 cases of micrographic surgery and reconstructive procedures
- Opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration in clinical and academic settings
- Weekly and monthly conferences, including Tumor Board and Journal Club

Fellows who have successfully completed the fellowship program are eligible for board certification in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology per the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS).
